Limited access bearing piles are used in areas where there is limited access, perhaps due to height restrictions or compact urban environments.

in restricted access areas, where larger, heavier processes can’t be used, we provide specialist and precise methods to get the job done. Casings are advanced to the desired depth and are reinforces by steel being inserted into the minipile casings, before cement is pumped in. There is a possibility of the casing either extending to the full depth of the pile or finishing short of the bond zone with the reinforcing bar reaching the full depth.
The main advantage of this process is that it can be used in all ground conditions. Because the process reduces vibration and noise, it can be used to install piles inside existing buildings, in tunnels and under bridges.
