  • CFA - CFA piles (cast piling) is a technique used to form concrete piled foundation solutions. This process is virtually vibration free and one of the quietest forms of piling made for environmentally sensitive areas.
  • Rotary - rotary bored piling rigs are beneficial for large scale public sectors. A Rotary bored piling technique can be used in almost all soil conditions, including variable and cemented soil.
  • Limited access piling - this method is used in compact urban areas, where a heavy conventional piling system could not be used. This may be due to limited headroom, the site may be a sensitive archeological area, it may be in an operational retail store, school, hospital or hotel, or, there may be noise/vibration restrictions in the area.

piled foundations can be built with a void to the underside. This means they are effectively suspended, which negates the pressure from expanding clay.

Suitable for all sizes of land;

no matter if you have a huge plot, or a small space, you can still use piling to lay the foundations of your building.

sustainability is hugely important, piling can reduce the cost of muck away, and it limits the removal of soil from a site, thus reducing the carbon footprint. This is particularly beneficial on sites with limited access.
